Please use this form to register for the 2012 Scout Year.  All required information is outlined in red.  On the email lines, a valid email is required so if you enter an email address and it comes back blank when you hit return or move to the next field, this means the email is not in a valid form.

 

We prefer you use acrobat reader (which is free to download from adobe.com if you do not have it) to fill in the form, as it will validate the input, looks cleaner (easier to read) and will adjust the type size for the length of your entry.

 

Once the information is filled out, save the document on your pc, and then print it out and bring a copy with your check to the next meeting.  Online payments are not being processed at this time.
